If you have never made one of our meal kits before, our goal is to do as much preparation for you without

sacrificing quality. Below you will find the instructions for assembling this meal, which we hope you will see is fairly straight forward. We hope you enjoy, and please have a wonderful 2021!

Crab Louie Salad -

Take the lettuce mix and divide between two plates. Top with crab, dressing, and season to taste with lemon and tobasco sauce.

Deviled Eggs -

Dig in!

Hasselback Potatoes -

Preheat oven to 350. Remove potatoes from packaging and place on sheet tray and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and fork tender. Top with creme fraiche, grated eggs, and chives. If you have purchased any caviar, feel free to top your potatoes with that has well!

New York Strip -

While the potatoes bake, run your water faucet until the water coming out is as hot as it gets. Fill a pot with that water and then place the steaks (still in their packaging) into the water for 8 minutes. Dump the water out and repeat the procedure and let the steak sit in the water for another 8 miunutes. The steak is already cooked sous vide, you are just trying to bring it up to temperature. Remove from packaging, pat dry and season liberally with salt and pepper (not provided). Heat up a large pan on the stove on high with just enough oil to coat the bottom (not provided). Once the oil is rippling and just barely beginning to smoke, add the steaks to the pan and sear until a golden brown crust in formed, about 1-2 minutes. Flip the steak over and add the basting butter and herbs to the pan. Tilt the pan toward you to pool the butter and use a spoon to continuously baste the steaks with that herb butter while the steaks sear. Once the steaks are seared on both sides, remove and let rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.

Basque Cheesecake -

Top with sherry caramel and serve.
